We process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment. All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
- EU countries: 5-8 business days
- United-States: 7-10 business days
- Other countries: 10-15 business days
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders
- Express Shipping: €4.99 — delivery within 2-3 business days (EU only)
- Tracked Delivery: All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation where applicable
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply at delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor your package in real time from dispatch to delivery.
